Purim Soldier Gifts

In 2008, the Netivyah youth group started sending care packages to all the believing soldiers from all the congregations in Israel to encourage them and give them useful gifts that will ease their army service. For the last 4 years we have partnered with DFW New Beginings Church enabling us to gift the soldiers with much more significant presents that serve them long after their service is complete. This has become our yearly tradition, every Purim we make these care packages, and we want to invite you to join us in this or our other projects. In 2008, the Netivyah… Read More

Netivyah Bible Instruction Ministry

Netivyah in Hebrew means “the Way of the Lord.” “The Way” was one of the names by which the early community of believers was known in the Brit Chadashah (New Testament). Paul says: “… According to the Way which they call ‘sectarian,’ I do serve the God of our fathers, believing everything that is accordance with the Torah, and that is written in the Prophets” (Acts 24:14). As followers of “the Way,” we believe in the God of Israel, the God of Avraham, Yitzchak, and Ya’akov. We try to be faithful to God’s law (the Torah) and to the rest… Read More

Joseph Shulam

Joseph Shulam was born in Sofia, Bulgaria on March 24, 1946 to a Sephardic Jewish Family. In 1948 his family immigrated to Israel just before the establishment of the State. Joseph grew up in Jerusalem. While in high school he was introduced to the New Testament and immediately identified with the person of Yeshua. Joseph’s fascination with the teaching of Yeshua eventually brought him to faith in God and the Messiah. This caused his family to reject him. As a result of that rejection he traveled to the United States and finished high school in Dasher, Georgia. After a short… Read More

Roeh Israel, “Shepherd of Israel,” is a Messianic Jewish Congregation in Jerusalem. We call ourselves “Messianic” because we are followers of Yeshua who accept Him as Messiah. By “Jewish” we mean that the congregation follows the cultural pattern preserved in the Synagogue over the generations by the providence of God, and its normal outreach is to the Jewish community. The original idea of the congregation was to return to the pattern of the community of believers in Yeshua in the first century. That congregation was composed of Jews who were diligent in their observance of the Torah, who lived as… Read More

Building Project

With thanks to God and on Monday the 15th of June we moved into the new building, the first thing we want to say is the traditional blessings, “Blessed are you Lord our God, King of the Universe, who has granted us life, sustained us and enabled us to reach this occasion.” We thank our brothers from around the world who supported, encouraged, donated and sacrificed so much. We thank them for their loyalty and unconditional love, it is because of you that we are here today. We were overjoyed and honored that so many friends from around the world joined us in… Read More

Humanitarian Aid

Then the king will say to those at his right hand, “Come, you that are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world; for I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me, I was in prison and you visited me.” (Mt. 25:34-36). Israel is a modern and developed state and not what we would call a “third world country.”… Read More

Publishing is one of Netivyah Bible Instruction Ministry’s top priorities, as we see education as being central to our existence. We primarily write and publish material on the Jewish roots of the New Testament and the cultural context of the Bible so as to aid our readers’ love and appreciation for the Scriptures, the people, and the God of Israel. Our publications seek to illuminate the reader’s understanding of the Scriptures in their cultural context. Rather than merely rehashing warmed-over catch-phrases, we endeavor to write and publish ground-breaking research that will deepen the faith and knowledge of people all over… Read More

Radio Station

“Kol Ha’Yeshuah” (The Voice of Salvation), is the Hebrew partner of “Trans World Radio” worldwide gospel radio network. Our goal is to present the Good News to our Hebrew speaking audience within the context of the Jewish and Hebrew culture in which the gospel originated. To our sorrow, the tortured history of Jewish-Christian relations has created one of the most striking paradoxes in human history: that the most important Jewish figure of all times, the cornerstone of the church, is still largely a “Stumbling Block” in the land of his birth. Proclaiming the gospel in Israel is therefore a challenging… Read More

The World gets shocked from the abuse of children and the trade in human beings to poverty. However there are only a few issues of social and religious injustice that have lasted for hundreds of years and yet only a few in the world are aware of this injustice. This long lasting injustice that started in the 15th century and has still not made right is a deep stain on the history of religion for mankind. In Portugal there are still Jewish people who live a double life, as Christians in the open and as Jews in secret. Many of… Read More
