1 The Jerusalem Prayer List – November 25 2009
by Joseph Shulam

I would like to thank all of the wonderful people in Japan, Korea, Maccao, ShenZen, and Hong Kong, who have shown me such wonderful love and hospitality during my teaching trip to the Far East.  Just now a week after arriving back home in Israel I am getting over the jet-lag and beginning to get back to a full schedule of activities.  Please lift Netivyah and the Roeh Israel congregation in Jerusalem in prayer.  There is always challenges and battles that we must struggle with and always win because the good name of our Lord is always in the forefront of these battles.  As Jewish Disciples of Yeshua in the Land of Israel we have live in a kind of a preasure cooker from both the outside and the inside.  Spiritual warefare is our daily fare in Israel and especially in Jerusalem.  We need your prayers for safety, and for protection from the hands of evil, and for provision of the means that we need to continue doing the Lord's work in Jerusalem.

Marcia will be traveling home next week and I ask you to pray for easy traveling graces, and healing, and arriving home safe.

I ask you to pray for two very dear sisters from our congregation in Jerusalem who are going to have babies soon.  We have many babies in our congregation and we pray for God's protection and good health for the mothers and their babies.

Please pray for the health of Beth our dear sister in Jerusalem.  Pray for Ahuva who needs someone to take care of her.  We ask for healing for Ahuva, Leah, Ilana, Miriam, Sarit, Sara and Zvi, and the younger Zvi, and the two Davids of our congregation, and Ruby in Oklahoma, and Paulo in Brazil, and Mary and Liz.  I also ask special prayers for Danah and Noaam and Joe and June my mother-in-law.   It is a wonderful privilege to intercede for brothers and sisters all around the World and by praying for these sick brothers and sisters make a global connection of God's love and grace.

I will keep this prayer list short now and bless all of you with a wonderful “thanksgiving” holiday for all the brothers and sisters in the United States.

In fact we should all be thankful and joyous for all that the Good Lord did for us and is doing now for us and for al of His children.

Joseph Shulam
